I've spent 16 years building platforms that hold up under real scale — a $10B-enabling revenue platform at Intuit, a zero-downtime migration of 200M+ records, tax-filing infrastructure handling 10,000 transactions a second. Along the way I've led engineering teams across four continents and shipped 0-to-1 features that moved retention and revenue in double digits.

In September 2024 I stepped back from full-time work. I stayed professionally engaged along the way — advising early-stage startups on system design and scalability, and studying how LLM agents actually get built and trusted in production.

I'm now looking for what's next: a hands-on backend/platform or AI engineering role with people who care about getting it right. Outside of work, I'm usually switching context between a system diagram and a school pickup schedule — turns out one is decent practice for the other.
