About Me

Hi, I'm Pallav Roxy — engineering leader by profession, toddler negotiator by necessity, and storyteller at heart.

I wrote my first lines of code when I was 9, and I was hooked. That early fascination turned into a career that's spanned over 16 years. I've led teams, shipped products, debugged the un-debuggable, and learned that good engineering is as much about people as it is about code. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, empathy, and clean architecture — though occasionally I also thrive on coffee and sheer willpower (especially since becoming a mom).

When I'm not leading engineering orgs or cleaning up snack disasters, I love writing — whether it's a blog post, a journal entry, or the next children's book idea I'm scribbling down during a coffee break.

Traveling lights up my soul (and occasionally blows up my itinerary), and I'm always up for exploring a new place, whether it's a tucked-away village or a bustling city with the best local food.

I also love tinkering — whether it's prototyping an idea, customizing a workflow, or just exploring new tools. Curiosity keeps me energized.

If you're into technology, storytelling, or toddler survival strategies — we'll probably get along just fine.
